Made Without Gluten - Taster Evening - Round 2

On Tuesday 16th November we will be hosting our second Made Without Gluten taster evening.

We have spent several days in the last few weeks working on our unique crust. Unfortunately, as the crust is made in-house (in a kitchen that also uses gluten and wheat), we can’t certify it as “Gluten Free”, hence our description of it as being “Made Without Gluten”. However we have obviously made every effort to avoid any cross-over. The recipe is certainly without any wheat or gluten!

The crust that we’ve developed offers more texture, springy and tasty dough than those we’ve tasted elsewhere and we’re hoping that after some customer feedback on Tuesday we can look at adding it to our menu.
