Kitchen Equipment

Despite further legal delays, we have ploughed on with other parts of the preparation for our restaurant on Chepstow Road. We have started designing our kitchen and assembling the catering equipment. A two day trip across the Midlands and North-West has provided us with two items that will be key elements in our Notting Hill pizza restaurant, a dough mixer and a pizza preparation table.

We are still very excited about bringing cornmeal crust pizza to the UK for the first time and are hoping to tie up legal formalities soon, allowing us to start serving delicious pizzas to all of west London!
