Building work begins

We’ve now taken official ownership of our premises on Chepstow Road and have started our building work. So far it’s mainly been a matter of removing ceiling panels, vinyl flooring and electrical cabling. We’ve managed to recycle the electrical cable, but we can’t find anyone who wants the 1980s style ceiling panels. The place looks a lot bigger already.

Elsewhere, work’s almost complete on our furniture and we are going through a selection process with various ingredient suppliers. We look forward to launching cornmeal crust pizza in Notting Hill, London soon.
